Satyam is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist and clinical supervisor with experience across occupational health, sports, gym-based rehabilitation, clinical pilates, community, and aged care. He works with clients from their teenage years through to older adults and takes a broad, adaptable approach to care.
Satyam takes a problem-solving, person-centred approach to physiotherapy, focusing on understanding not only the injury, but also each client’s lifestyle, work demands, and goals. His treatment style focuses on evidence-based practice with practical application, aiming to create meaningful, long-term improvements in strength, mobility, and function. He has a particular interest in spine, shoulder, hip, and knee conditions, managing both acute and long standing presentations, including pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation.
His approach to treatment may include manual therapy, including remedial massage and dry needling, exercise prescription, and education around pain, injury, and movement. Satyam enjoys working with clients across all levels of physical activity and health, including those in desk-based or physically demanding roles, clients engaged in sport and older adults focusing on strength, balance, and independence. He also supports clients training for sporting events, endurance goals, or returning to higher levels of activity.
Outside the clinic, Satyam is training towards a marathon and HYROX in 2026, plays social tennis, cycles, and enjoys Melbourne’s coffee, food, and live music scene.
